Trust is the most important part of our work – and trust begins with getting to know one another. In this blog series, we introduce the aesthetic medicine specialists behind our treatments, advice and care.

Today, meet the heart and soul of our clinic: founder of NOOR Clinic and the creator of all our wild ideas, Agve Kask.

What makes you genuinely happy in everyday life?

“Alexela coffee and a pastry.”

Your strongest character trait?

“Diplomacy.”

A ‘secret talent’ that many people do not know about?

“Starting my diet all over again every Monday. (Yes, consistent humour is a talent too!)”

What first fascinated you about the world of beauty?

“The enormous room for growth – there is always more to learn and it is never boring.”

If you did not work in the beauty industry, what would you do?

“I would work with flowers – bouquets and arrangements. (Although flowers tend to wilt quickly in my hands, the love is real.)”

The best advice you have received?

“My father’s golden words: ‘If it did not turn out well, do it again.’ If something is beyond your power to change, let it go and move on.”

What has inspired you most recently?

“Life itself and the people around me. Every encounter has a lesson – you just have to know how to listen.”

Describe yourself in three words.

“Diplomatic. Straightforward. Completely laid-back in my free time.”

Your go-to ritual on a bad day?

“Alexela coffee and a pastry, followed by a drive to the seaside with my Spotify playlist.”

What are you most proud of about yourself?

“I do not label or judge people. I treat everyone as an equal and try to be kind even when I feel like sending everyone to the moon.”

Your guilty pleasure?

“Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough and Netflix at home by myself.”

Are you more chaos or order?

“It depends on the situation: sometimes chaos, sometimes order.”

The strangest or most unexpected thing that has happened with a client?

“A patient fell asleep during an injection treatment.”

If you could be someone else for one day?

“Eminem – I would love to know how to rap.”

The most spontaneous thing you have ever done?

“At 11:23 p.m., I bought a skydive, thinking: ‘I’ll do it before my birthday.’”

Which aesthetic treatment do you have most often?

“I would not say I ‘enjoy’ them, but I regularly have botulinum toxin, IPL photorejuvenation and biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse.”

The biggest beauty myth you would like to dispel?

‘Aesthetic injections are like a drug – if you stop, you suddenly look 20 years older.’ That is not true. The results gradually fade in step with the natural ageing process; consistency is what matters.

Do you have a personal ‘beauty mantra’?
‘Hot morning mantra’

“It may sound strange, but I talk to myself in my head and say something kind in the morning, such as: I look pretty hot today. I do not speak badly to myself – and if my thoughts slip, I turn them around. I take care of my skin and body, I am confident, and I allow myself to make mistakes and grow. I always think that if someone else could do it, I can too; it is all in the mind.”

The most memorable feedback from a patient?

“It was actually about depression and self-confidence: ‘Thank you. You helped me leave the house and learn to love myself again.’ Small words and pieces of advice matter.”

The beauty product or tip that has helped you most?

“I ALWAYS remove my make-up before bed, even when I am extremely tired.”

In the next post in this series, we will introduce another aesthetic medicine specialist from our team.
Our team is very diverse, but we are united by one important aim: to give every client a calm, informed and genuinely caring experience.
