Purpose of learning

To provide beauticians with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to perform the microneedling procedure in accordance with safety and hygiene requirements using high quality products from the Mesoheal Glow series of South Korea.

Learning outcomes

Graduate of training:

1. Knows the anatomy of the skin and understands the effect of microneedling on the skin.
2. Knows various microneedling devices and principles of sterility.
3. Can assess the condition of the skin and contraindications.
4. You can choose the right preparation and perform the procedure safely and correctly.
5. Knows the necessary care after the procedure and can advise the client.

Teaching content

Theoretical part (2 academic hours):

• Skin anatomy and physiology
• Skin recovery processes and collagen stimulation
• Mechanism of action and purpose of microneedling
• Indications and contraindications
• Principles of sterility and safety at work
• Products used: Mesoheal Glow series (Amber Glow, Orchid Glow, Pink Glow) – South Korea’s best-selling biorevitalization products. Mesoheal Glow series incl. Amber Glow, Orchid Glow, Pink Glow) actually belongs to mesotherapy the category of products, but because of its composition and its stimulating effect on skin restoration, Biorevitalization and Mesotherapy.
• Principles of post-procedure care

Practical part (7 academic hours):

• Preparation of skin for the procedure
• Microneedling Techniques and Different Work Techniques
• Work with Mesoheal Glow products
• Performing the procedure on a model under the supervision of an instructor
• Evaluation of results and individual feedback

Target group

Certified or professionally trained cosmetologists who wish to enhance their knowledge and practical skills in microneedling.

Learning environment

The studies take place in the training rooms of the NOOR Aesthetic Academy, where modern tools, sterile conditions and all materials and supplies necessary for the training are ensured.

Organisation of the learning process

Training takes place in a small group to ensure individual coaching.
Each learner performs the procedure on a model under the supervision of a supervisor.

Assessment and conditions for termination

The achievement of learning outcomes is assessed through practical work and oral discussion.
Graduates of the training can testimonyhave participated fully and have successfully completed the practical work.
