Beauty and medicine are not opposites; they complement each other. I’m Dr. Karin Rallmann, a neurologist and physician in aesthetic medicine who believes that aesthetic medicine is not just about maintaining youthfulness, but about creating confidence, balance, and feeling good. My work is based on science-based, anatomical precision and personalized solutions to achieve natural and lasting results over time.

My medical journey began with neurology, where I have worked for over 15 years, helping patients solve complex problems with the nervous system. It gave me a deep understanding of human anatomy, the work of muscles and nerves, and the balance between aesthetics and functionality. I came to Aesthetic Medicine with the desire to offer people a holistic solution – beauty that supports their natural anatomy and expresses their inner well-being.
I am committed to continuous self-improvement and participate in various international and local trainings every month to bring the latest and science-based methods to my patients. With broad knowledge and experience, I am able to offer innovative solutions that are not based solely on trends, but are scientifically proven and anatomically safe.
In addition to the practice of aesthetic medicine, I also train colleagues – I share my knowledge with doctors and nurses to increase the quality and awareness of aesthetic medicine in Estonia. I am Estonia’s only official Sculptra trainer, which means I specialize in teaching collagen stimulating injections and helping colleagues develop their skills to deliver long-term and natural outcomes to patients.

I believe that every patient has their own unique beauty that should not be changed, but highlighted and supported. My job is not just to inject filler injections or botulinum toxin – it’s a holistic approach where every procedure is carefully planned based on anatomy, skin structure and natural aesthetics. My goal is to offer a result that not only improves appearance, but also makes you feel confident and satisfied in your body.
